Liver purifying herbal tea

  • Milk thistle (seeds);
  • Mallow (flowers, leaves);
  • Boldo (leaves);
  • Liquorice (root);
  • Dandelion (root).

Drugs are present in parts. As an aromatic corrective we recommend the addition of fennel seeds.

Milk thistle, thanks to marine sily, is a very powerful liver regenerator; boldo has a choleretic action together with dandelion, which also acts as a liver and kidney purifier.

Preparation: 1 and a half tablespoons per liter of water. Boil for 15 minutes on a low heat and leave to infuse for another 10 minutes. Filter and drink.
